Difficult to attach

Mounting screws are difficult to tighten. Once installed it serves its purpose. It's just a little difficult to install.

Pros
  • 3-1/4" long x 2-1/4" wide Orange Non-Metallic
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

New Connections - Electrical

My brother finally installed a wired network connection in his second bedroom and was about to run a line from the living room (cable modem). This made the task much easier and more correct. I will use them in the future if needed.

Pros
  • Made in China
Cons
  • Hard to tell

These plates are required to route our cables through walls. At first I bought metal ones with flip-up latches, but they are complete junk and unreliable. They are very easy to install on the screw tabs that hold them in place.

Pros
  • Old Low Voltage Backless Work Bracket
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

New connections are best in outlets

My brother finally set up a wired network connection in his second bedroom and was about to run a line from the living room (cable modem). This made the task much easier and more correct. I will use them in the future if needed.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons

Great item - Electrical

Bought these panels to run our cables through walls. At first I bought metal ones with flip-up latches, but they are complete junk and unreliable. They are very easy to install on the screw tabs that hold them in place.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

Great upgrade for hidden wiring

I use them to run cables in the wall, mainly for TV or AV. They're great if you don't have an existing group box and can be built into an existing wall. Take your time cutting with a sharp razor, making the cut a little deeper each time. There is no need to saw through the drywall as with patience it will eventually cut through.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
