Colorful Upgrade for Xbox Gaming

The ESwapX Color Pack adds a fun and unique element to my Xbox Series X gaming setup. The ability to customize the controller to my liking with the various colored rims and joystick caps is a huge plus. However, the price tag is a bit steep for what essentially amounts to a cosmetic upgrade. Overall, a great addition for those looking to add a little pizzazz to their video game experience.

The buttons on the back are hard to reach. But it's a well-made controller.

This is of course a very well made controller, you can't contradict that. My main complaint is some button layouts that can't be moved using the replace function. I bought this mainly for the back buttons and they are terrible. Basically, they're tiny feathers, and I'm having trouble getting to them. I also accidentally hit the buttons at the bottom that switched profiles and controlled the mic/volume. The buttons on the shoulders also seemed uncomfortable to me.

Great customer service from Thrustmaster

So my left bumper is broken. I only use it for Rocket League so I was very salty at first, but I contacted Thrustmaster support directly through their website and was happy to find help there! Although I had to provide a lot of information and video evidence as well as my Revain invoice, they complied and sent me a new controller! Thank you Thrustmaster, I will continue to use, support and recommend your products! My buddy just bought one this Monday about 4 days ago and he loves it!
