Great customer service from Thrustmaster

So my left bumper is broken. I only use it for Rocket League so I was very salty at first, but I contacted Thrustmaster support directly through their website and was happy to find help there! Although I had to provide a lot of information and video evidence as well as my Revain invoice, they complied and sent me a new controller! Thank you Thrustmaster, I will continue to use, support and recommend your products! My buddy just bought one this Monday about 4 days ago and he loves it!
