Also, I had an aftermarket knob and I guess that screwing it right and not having to put the adapter on every time, not stylish but not ugly either, looks good to me at least with the rest of the derailleur

Wow, that thing is heavy. It is about 4 times heavier than a standard pen. I can assure you that this article will improve your sim racing experience. It's definitely worth $30. You'll never look down at your stock grip again when using the th8a as a sequential shifter.

Works great! It is simply screwed on in place of the original handle. It's a good weight and as good as any car shifter I've used. Makes the racing simulator a bit more authentic when shifting sequentially. It also works great with the TH8A as a handbrake for rally sims.
