Average purchase, there are some things to complain about.

The backpack is not so bad, but obviously does not pull on its price. However, it is expected for the brand 50% on top of its price tag. I don't like the side pocket. Done on the wrong side. I throw my backpack off my left shoulder with my right hand. You won't get anything from it. You have to take off the whole backpack. You can't put anything in it other than your passport or tickets. The grid in it is quite inconvenient. The main compartment is ok, but it lacks a closable mesh pocket. The…

Best Advertised in Luggage & Travel Gear

I bought this to use with a Microsoft Surface 3 (15 inch) laptop. Also keeps my Samsung tablet in a separate case. The bag is long but not that big. it's even an old Microsoft Surface keyboard. Very well made product

I wear my new ones every day.

I have 3 different Thule backpacks and one bag. Everything they do is of amazing quality. This is my new everyday bag. 13" Mack Book Pro, iPad Pro, camera kit, chargers and cables. Everything fits like a glove and feels protected. All in beautiful professional packaging.

Nice backpack for the price!

I really like the design of this backpack. It has enough space for my laptop and many other things in the main compartment. The top zip is handy for sunglasses and small items that need easy access. The only thing that worries me is the lightning. They're pretty tough. hope they hold up. Overall I am satisfied with this backpack.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • A few little things

Great bag! good for luggage and travel gear

I've used North Face bags for years. I wanted to change it. I use this bag for work and it looks a lot more professional. Also, the 23L bag feels roomier than my north-facing 28L bag, and I have more legroom by putting it under the front seat. A hard case for glasses is a great idea and there is a secret compartment underneath.

Pros
  • Testers give high marks for support and durability
Cons
  • Little things

Strong but Sturdy - Backpacks

Strong and durable. The internal padding of the laptop makes it easier to put it down quickly. It gets up on its own, which isn't a big deal, but I find it useful. It feels like this thing could take a hit and your belongings will be safe. It's still a bit stiff after a month of ownership, but I think it's just because the outer shell is so strong. i love this bag

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Wrinkled Packing

Poor backpack design

This backpack is poorly designed. The designers clearly haven't tried their product. If you put your laptop in a nearly empty bag, the laptop will bounce off your back as you walk. There should have been velcro to secure the laptop to keep it from bouncing. Also, the side pocket zipper is difficult to close because the pocket has no structure and no tab that holds the pocket in place to prevent zipper puckering.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Functionality

Good backpack, good size

Good size backpack. I use it for work and travel a lot. I usually travel with my laptop, iPad and Bose headphones in my bag along with some files. I usually pack my laptop charger in my luggage as it can get tight in my bag. Sunglass protection on top in a nice touch. The strap on the back to roll up the luggage handle was a must for me and works great. The only thing I would change is the puree bottle bag. It has already started to wear out due to the metal refill bottle I carry around. The…

The perfect backpack for on the go!

This backpack is the perfect size for air travel. I fly cross country a few times a month for work and this bag is the perfect size to carry. It fits everything I like to carry (iPad, headphones, some snacks, a jacket/change of clothes) without being too big/bulky or having too many zippers/pockets/belts etc. Every feature of this bag is well thought out and thoughtfully designed for those who want something functional but not too flashy. The photos here on Amazon show its characteristics…
