Item not as described. The tongues are not orange like in the photo. They don't match the orange color of the straps as in the photo. Bag is smaller than stated.

I've made half a dozen trips with this bag and it's now my favorite bag for trips of 4 days or less. The video is better because I have my hands free (helping with the kids, handling the phone, whatever). The material is amazing and the simple yet elegant design met all my needs. The blue color looks good too.

yes I gave this bag 3 stars - first of all I love the bag. It's everything I could want in a gym/travel bag BUT after 1.5 years of daily use (nothing crazy, daily gym trips, occasional trips etc.) the top compartment zip doesn't work. I've tried several times (with professional help from tailors/cleaners) to realign the zipper tracks but to no avail. This bag would be perfect if it was more durable.

I expected a little more from Thule having bought some of their automotive products. This backpack was awkward to use as a backpack and only really excelled as a duffel bag. I've checked it in on several return flights and used it as carry-on baggage on other flights. The last time I used it as a plaid back, the aluminum strap holders broke - and it was "aircraft aluminum". This bag is awesome. versatile, functional, attractive, unique, durable and of high quality. It fits on airplanes as carry-on and checked baggage. Straps allow you to reduce the size. I use it when traveling, I put dirty clothes in the side pockets, clean ones in the middle. Includes a sunglass holder to protect other delicate items. I've had this bag for two weeks now and it still looks brand new! I travel a lot for work and often fly by plane, train and rent a car. I usually have to travel with two large 29" sample suitcases, I used to use a wheeled carry-on bag as well. As you can imagine, pushing three bags at once has always been difficult.
