Thumb Throttle Lever Anti-Slip CNC Aluminum Control Replacement For Polaris Scrambler Sportsman 550/570/850/1000 2009-2018 (Silver) Review

I broke the plastic throttle while shoveling snow. This replacement was easy to install and apart from being a little loose it worked like the original.

Beautiful and light. Significantly better than the original part. Use care when removing the cover to secure the new throttle control. There is a feather that can get lost and fly out.

Much better quality, especially since my $7000 Polaris throttle grip burst like brutal plastic. Very good quality and extra long metal makes it easy to control the throttle. The paint has not yet chipped or faded.

Easy installation, only 5 screws. Installation play is minimal, but honestly not much more than factory plastic junk. There's no reason to spend ten times as much on a hijacker, especially when Polaris should have offered this feature from the start.

Finally assembled but it was so sloppy. The mechanical cuts on the part that goes into the throttle body are not the same shape as the molded plastic. It was difficult to insert into this top. Once there, it wouldn't allow that contact if you turned it too hard, and it had a lot of slop. Appears to have been processed incorrectly.
