Disappointing Thumbsticks for PlayStation controller

The product was a letdown .Despite the low price, it's not worth buying. Through trial and error, I found that the sticks were uncomfortable and increased my finger slip. It affected my performance in video games. Using these thumbsticks, I felt that my movements were not fluid and precise..

The dog ate our controller, this was a temporary fix

UPDATE: They fell apart after about a year of use 2nd controller, so no the main controller one we used). I had to buy sticks of another brand (metal this time) to replace them. When I opened the controller, it was full of pink dust crumbs where they had dissolved. The crumbs stuck together inside and the joystick started sticking, causing drift issues.
