Delivered as advertised. I wasn't looking for holes in the lead under the karm. I believe it works as advertised. The visible quality is very good and durable.

The only design that retains its shape under PPE and always fully protects your thyroid. And the way it rests on your neck is supportive and less bulky than other T-bars.

I use it for work. Good fit and durable. i like the style I can move my neck/head easily without feeling it fold under my chin like other thyroid collars do. I recommend it to anyone who works with radiation.
