Initially this company was very customer service oriented but that is over. I installed this clock outside in my workshop and it only lasted 3 months. I sent a 45 minute email asking for a recommendation and received no response. It seems my only option is to replace the block. I think it was a waste of $20.

We hang the clock on an outside wall that gets several hours of direct sunlight each day. About a week later it just stopped working. They still look like new, but the movement no longer works. Tried several battery changes. Each time it works for a few minutes and then stops again.

The paper on the watch face was already "bloated" when it arrived and everything felt flimsy. The product is definitely not a gift. I also doubted it was weatherproof as the battery pack cover slid too easily. However, I installed it and it worked for an hour while I was in the pool. It fell off a nail overnight (my fault, I wasn't sure if it was safe) and broke.

This is a great looking clock. It seems that every appliance in the kitchen has a digital clock, but when these appliances are in use, they display a timer, not the time. I put this in my kitchen and now I can keep everything in sync. A very nice sight, the numbers are clearly visible and legible (even used ones). Clock looks good and has worked for a while. The other day I noticed that the clock was lagging behind, so I replaced the battery. The watch stopped working and I'm very disappointed because it didn't even last 6 months. Usually the arms get stuck and you have to bend them back, but this time the gearing stopped working. Support took care of my problem with the watch and sent me a new one. New watch works great! Thank you for solving my clock problem and fixing the problem immediately.
