A must have for anyone who needs automation

The most useful feature is being able to schedule tasks in advance as well as get alerts when it's time or if something goes wrong while executing your task! I wish there was an easier way to create new templates than manually going through each one step by step (you can't just drag&drop). This could be made more user friendly but it works great so far.- It helps me automate my daily workflow which saves alot of precious man power during peak hours - It allows us to track our progress without…

Using Elasticsearch with Kibana for real-time analytics

I like the ease of use and the fact that it is very customizable. You can have multiple instances running at the same time to handle more traffic. The customer support is also pretty good. There are some things that I dislike about Tidal. It is not very easy to set up an environment. There are too many steps involved in setting up a new instance.
