The ties are very beautiful and well made. I ordered several striped ones (the stripes are too wide in my opinion). I had to return them as the gray (silver) stripe on the striped ties didn't match the medium gray JF dress pants I bought at Penney's. Also, the coral isn't as coral red as the dresses I bought. If you're trying to match colors with bridesmaid dresses, you can order some ties in your color scheme and try them out. You can always return what you don't need.

Okay, that's a pretty good tie. It has a nice texture and doesn't feel cheap. The colors are quite similar to the official Slytherin colors so they can be used for cosplay as a last resort. On the other hand, the tie is excellent for use outside of cosplay. One downside, and that's only a downside for people who are REALLY picky like me, if you're looking for the exact tie from the Harry Potter movie, the stripes on this one go in the wrong direction. This tie was exactly what I was looking for! As a musician who is often on stage, I needed a good party tie (I like my ties to match the theme of the gigs I play, or at least the season). Mine was red and green striped and I have yet to wear it but I can tell you of all my other ties this one will be just gorgeous, I would highly recommend this company and would use them again should the need arise for a nice looking one Tie makes a comeback!

Decent, I like the colors a lot, hunter green and white look regal in my opinion, I will say that, the silk is not woven very tightly, there is a fill weave in the composition (so not pure silk through), and I personally reinforced the stitches on my back (though only due to my personal OCD causes). Three stars for mediocre quality but amazing style. Edit: Um, after a few wears I wouldn't recommend buying it, it just doesn't bounce like a solid silk tie, wrinkles don't cushion that well. etc…

The colors in the photo correspond to the price. It is natural gold and maroon. I bought it as a gift for my husband who works as a teacher, these are school colors. Good for his concerts and events where he needs to professionally show his school pride.

Nicely made tie. Personal advice. I seal all joints with Scotch Guard carpet and upholstery protector. You'll never have to worry about them getting dirty again. If you spill, use a damp cloth and it will be wiped away immediately, and when it dries it will leave no stains on the tie. No fools. :)

This is my Halloween tie! For me it's tradition. I'm wearing a Halloween tie all October and it's basically a tie that looks like this. People often say they really like the tie, so I usually give the tie away at the end of October, forget about it and buy a new one next year. This is the perfect tie for Halloween. I encourage everyone to get involved and wear this tie throughout October. Have fun, it's great.
