After I bought/returned 2 H-300 replacement filters from Everpure that were defective, I tried Tier1.Bingo! It worked right away and the water tastes great. I think Everpure must have had a lot of filters but Tier1 was half the price. Can't beat that with a stick.

I bought these to replace a very expensive Pentair filter. He doesn't fit in anymore. I've bought and installed it 2 times already and it worked fine. This time the filter no longer fit in the existing housing and I had to send it back. I read that Tier-1 has changed their production and the filter is now slightly larger. I called Tier 1 customer service, they told me they couldn't help, apologized and admitted they had changed their production.

My city uses chloramine to disinfect municipal water. It has an unpleasantly bitter taste. The 2H-L filter that came with my Aquaverse dispenser removes chlorine but not chloramine. This level 1 filter claims to remove chloramine. and so it is. Finally a delicious water. Many Thanks. I had to adjust the filter mount to fit the closet, but it's pretty easy to do. Level 1 is shorter than Everpure. So if you're having trouble getting in, this option will help. Let's see how long this lasts.
