I used it as a regular conditioner on my 3a curly hair. It works well but no better than other products I've used. It didn't detangle my hair like some other conditioner masks, but was highly recommended by the curly hair website. Not the best, but I'd use it again if it ended up in my closet.

This deep conditioner works wonders! After bleaching the hair (ombre), they were dry and like straw for a very long time. I didn't know then that I was supposed to be in a deep state. The hairstylist later recommended a deep conditioner and recommended this along with a few others but said it was the best she had tried. She also had bleached hair. So I bought it, a little annoyed by the price but ready to give it a try. I used it about once a week for a few months and now my hair is SUPER SOFT!
