Tillpoint is easy to use and very intuitive. I love the fact that it is cloud based and I can access it from anywhere. The customer service is great and the support is always there when I need it. I like that I can customize my own layout to fit any size restaurant or store with ease! You have so many options in customization of your till system you cannot go wrong here. The customer support has some issues but they are trying hard at making changes as fast as possible. They do an excellent job when it comes to training their agents who will be helping customers during setup/installation days!
