Don't buy this bag. Poor material quality and customer service

I bought this bag 7 months ago as a daily work bag. I only wear it for about an hour a day going to and from work. He mostly stayed indoors and wasn't exposed to the elements. After about five months of use it started showing signs of wear and then all of a sudden all the mesh material started to wear out and break. I sent it in for warranty repair and they refused to fix it claiming it was "normal wear and tear" when in reality it is clearly a poor choice of materials.

There was a defect in the wrist strap which made it very uncomfortable

I really wanted to like this backpack. It was expensive and I've had really good experiences with Timbuk2 in the past. But this particular bag had a defect on the wrist strap. The foam rubber sagged a lot and did not fit evenly and therefore rubbed against the chest, creating a very uncomfortable situation. I bought it for a 10 day trip across Europe so I couldn't return it when I noticed the defect. All in all I'm pretty disappointed. Everything else in the bag is really great, but now I'm…

Also great to wear with back pain!

I have had this backpack for several years and have taken it on many trips. I have also used it as a computer bag, I take it to work every day and it holds up very well. I honestly don't see any wear and tear on the bag. I was specifically looking for a backpack that was a bit smaller and more streamlined that would sit higher and tighter on my body due to back pain. I've had several backpacks with a million pockets that could hold my clothes for a week, but if I had room I would fill it. And…

The best "work " backpack I've found

I've been using a heavy leather briefcase for almost 20 years and I've decided to switch to a backpack because I've seen that almost all young lawyers Use backpacks instead of briefcases. This is a great work bag. The back compartment is padded and fits my 15 inch laptop, iPad and notepad. The large interior space is large enough for the exhibits and all electronic peripherals that accompany electronic devices. There is also storage space for pens, business cards and other items. The front…

Perfect size - computers and accessories

This back cover is the perfect size - smaller than most but well thought out compartments and suitable for everyday work. It looks very nice and showed up well after a month of daily use. My 13" MacBook Air is well protected and I can also easily insert the tutorial with the computer. I particularly like the easy access to the electronics bay for easy movement through the TSA. The rear back straps are soft, adjustable, and comfortable, and you can remove and reattach the front cross strap as…

Small, light, fits quite a bit but is not easily accessible.

It's small, light and well made, but the accessible design is terrible. Outside pockets are almost impossible to open and access the contents. The main compartment has small pockets on the outside on the back for things like phones, passports, etc. The biggest problem is that you have to open the main compartment completely if you want to access items from below. Pocket. A better design would be to split the main compartment in two, with a flat top to store some items that you also want quick…

Cons
  • Slightly torn

I've been looking at everyday backpacks for a long time. The choice is huge and confusing. Even from the same manufacturer, there can be 20 or more styles with minor differences. I ordered this backpack and Thule Subterra 23L Thule Subterra (3203437) Backpack 23l, Dark Shadow. I really preferred this one. First, it has a certain style, a kind of sophisticated sporty look. But beyond that, it was just roomier and more versatile. Although it's technically 1 liter smaller, its spacious main…
