Size for medium and small wrist.

Bought for my mother with macular degeneration. She is 5ft tall and weighs about 120lbs and this watch fits her well. We bought another one that was too big. Easy to use as it can only press one button. Easy setting of time and date. Something she can't do with her limited vision.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • I'm worried

Good product! for ladies

This is an amazing watch. I was able to set the time by following the instructions. I think people who can't tell the time don't know what to expect. If you do everything right, the clock will take over and the hands will start turning according to the voice. Wonderful! Please be patient - it took me a while to get this right. The good thing about this watch is that it only has 2 buttons and they appear to be different. It's pretty easy. It's good for an elderly person. My mom wears it over a…

Perfect for the visually impaired

This is the second watch of this type that I have bought for my grandmother. She has wet macular degeneration and very poor vision. She relies heavily on this watch. The first one broke after a year. At first the hands of the clock stopped working, which didn't bother us because it mainly listened to the time. But then the voice stopped. I'd happily buy her one a year based on her dependency on it, but I'm hoping this one will last over a year.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Useless functions

Good qualities are good for women

Bought a watch for my mother. She has macular degeneration. She can see the clock fairly well, but the voice alert feature for the time, date, day and year was particularly helpful when her eyesight wasn't up to the mark. I have set the language function to female. There is also a male voice if you are buying for a gentleman. While my mother is satisfied and I am satisfied with the quality. I also like that it's an atomic clock, so going from daylight saving time to standard time and back again

  • Certified
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

So thick and bulky my mother's wrist hurt

I bought this watch as a gift for my mother who has poor eyesight. It would be helpful if they post a side view of the watch so you can see how thick and chunky it really is before ordering. The clock is at least a third of an inch thick! My mom has thin wrists and after trying to wear the watch for just a few minutes it started hurting her wrist. If you decide to order this watch, DO NOT order from Magnifying Aids. I arranged for the return as soon as I realized it wouldn't work on my mother…

Bought 18 months ago for an elderly relative. It still works great!

I bought this for a relative who has macular degeneration and glaucoma. She really enjoyed this watch for 18 months. It keeps time very well and the quality was great. The only reason I'm not giving all five stars is that the voice could be a bit louder and the watch feels a bit heavy on the wrist in my opinion. But my older relative doesn't seem to mind the weight. She is completely satisfied. I went back to Revain to look up the watch's name so I could search the internet for a battery…
