I like that it is accessible from anywhere at anytime with an internet connection, and that you can add reminders to appointments as well as set up automatic recurring appointments. The interface could be easier to navigate if there was more customization options available, but overall it works great. The ease of using this service to schedule appointments with my clients is very useful, I can do so from any location at anytime in order that all parties are available when needed without having an office space or needing constant supervision by staff members!
