Fix 3DS L and R Buttons by Yourself!

My 3DS works like new! My right button hasn't worked for about a year. Haven't found a place to fix it. I almost threw my 3DS away but I found a YouTube video showing how to fix it. I am very glad that I ordered these parts. They fit perfectly and were easy to assemble. Just find a good video to walk you through it all.

Screw them to the top screen first, then attach them to the bottom one.

Arrived quickly, good thing it comes with 2 pairs because with EAZYScrew they screw first to the top screen and then attach to the bottom ones, or you can tear them apart like I did the other way around first time. If the piece on the bottom of your DS breaks off, you can pry it out with the Xacto knife. It's hard to screw this up, I got it done in minutes with no instructions or anything Nintendo knew you would do later.

Protect your OG 3DS from being thrown away like the Xbox 360's Red Ring of Death.

Yes! My son's original black and gold Zelda 3DS is working again. They're very easy to replace, but check your system before you screw in all those crazy little things. We now have an extra qn in case it messes up again, which is most likely this model's notorious enemy. The only issue we had was the tape release closes where you flip the backplate down and barely has enough play. This isn't the fault of the product, but rather an odd design decision by Nintendo. The tape comes off very easilyโ€ฆ
