Tins Canister Airtight Double Loose Review

Purchased to store tea purchased in Japan. They work pretty well, I like the double lid to keep it a lot more airtight. What I miss is that the inner lid handle is plastic which gives it such a cheap, tacky feel. If they were metal too, that would be amazing. PS If you're looking for canisters big enough to stick Teavana stock labels on, despite the dimensions, they're still too short (you have to account for the cap overlap, which is why).

Like other reviewers, do not air dry as rust will emanate from the screw on the inner lid almost immediately. Mine arrived with a few dents which didn't bother me at all, but there was also something rattling in one of the containers - I couldn't pinpoint what it was but felt uncomfortable pouring the tea into the containers without washing . them in the first place. UPDATE: I keep tea in these glasses. After 3 years of daily use they are like new - no dents or warping, the inner and outer sleeves still fit snugly. Good product. --------------------- High quality. Keeps tea fresh. I've had the canisters for several months and use them daily with no noticeable wear. Double lids (inside and outside) seal tightly and do not let air in (not vacuumed). They are well made and very well packaged - each tin has been individually wrapped in bubble wrap.

I'm so happy with them! I've been looking for a small container for freshly ground coffee for a long time and it's perfect. I have different types of coffee, not always the same, and I have put labels on the board to write the name of each type on. They look so clean and decorative and don't take up too much space, and the smooth sides with no protruding top make it easy to pour out ground coffee to brew a cup or more. Perfect, came neatly packaged so as not to wrinkle in transit.
