I had high hopes for this tire sensor based on the reviews. The first time I used it I popped the tire and got 30psi, pulled the trigger and heard the mass air flow sensor read 35psi. Trigger released and it stayed at 35. Good deal I thought. There is no such happiness. Always reads 35-37 no matter how much air you add. Checked with another gauge and my TPMs and it confirmed I was over 40psi. Put the sensor back on the tire and it shows 30 again. I don't know what happened. Return for refund.

I purchased this item to replace the pressure gauge I already had in my shop. I use these items semi-daily. This item is metal but the fit and finish of the item is "POOR" and sloppy! It is extremely difficult to connect to any valve stem, be it a bicycle tire, car tire, or any recreational item that requires air. If this is what you need to deflate a tire then you have made the right choice. Don't fret like me and don't buy this product. Many Thanks

Good sensor. I just wish there was a 0 to 60 scale instead of 0 to 100. My car shows 32 per tire and my bike shows 55. The increments would be further apart and larger to make the scale easier to read. Updated 8/4/21: I found that when I inflated my car tires to 32psi, they were actually only 30psi according to a new digital gauge I bought. I trust the digital gauge to be more accurate. I still use this tire inflator because it's very convenient and I only add 2 pounds.

I don't normally write product reviews. But having received such good customer service I just had to say something special about this Gerchway tire inflator product. Overall quality is very good, but the gauge reading was about 5psi low (confirmed by testing with two other accurate gauges). Instead of sending it back to Revain, I contacted Gerchway customer service to inquire about a solution to this problem. They said they would send me a new sensor immediately. Overall build quality is good for the price. It is primarily used to inflate bicycle tires (both Presta valves with the adapter provided and Schrader valves) and lawnmower tires. In these cases, it's very easy to add or remove a little air at a time to get an accurate print. The pressure gauge seems accurate and easy to read even at lower pressures.
