Good price. The product is, as expected, a jackhammer. The shock absorbing grip is good, works as it should, knocks down slag well.

that's it. It grinds slag very well. decently done. You can't really screw it up unless something goes VERY wrong in the manufacturing process. Happy with this hammer!

Good for DIY, tip dulls easily after 2-3 uses. It was possible to sharpen to a sharper point. It appears to be made of very soft metal. Again good for DIY, would not recommend for professional use.

Not the highest quality tool, but good for casual welders. I mainly weld MIG, but I ended up buying a special jackhammer. The handle is too short for my taste. Works fine, seems to be holding up.

Good welding hammer for picking welds. Not heavy but everything a person with a smaller wire welder needs. Just remember that this is not a sledgehammer or hammer for shaping metal and you will be using it for years.

It sat in my pocket for most of March while I was doing GTAW. SMAW started, nearly 500 hits, head separated from handle. The rod that forms the handle has slipped out of the intended hole in the head of the hammer. Just a needle in the hole and painted. GREAT! Sanded off the paint, put the handle back in the hole and moved on.

Honestly, you can't screw them up. It is not only durable but also well made and an essential element of the welding carriage. To be honest if you are new to welding I recommend using a wire brush and jackhammer combination, this will save you a lot of time in comparison. .
