Works very well once you understand how to use it.

Works very well once you understand how to use steel bands. Beware of the fiberglass itching/burning between your fingers.

Pros
  • Extreme heat bandage made from crushed volcanic rock
Cons
  • ill thought out

I didn't notice any difference.

I used this on a 1977 MBG mainly because the Weber carburetor was overheating. Maybe I was expecting too much but the exhaust manifold is still very hot and I didn't notice any reduction in heat in the engine bay, wouldn't want to use this on a motorcycle to protect my feet from exhaust heat.

Pros
  • One roll 2" wide x 50ft long
Cons
  • Negative gift

Okay, wrap it up, but plan on throwing the product away a few yards.

This sleeve fits my application. I wrapped a Y-tube around the body of an LS1 4th Gen F. My impression is that this is the section where they start and stop and/or take out cars that don't pass the brand's quality control. Definitely would buy again but note some sections may need to be discarded or trimmed, usually at the ends.

Pros
  • Provides excellent thermal protection and increases performance.
Cons
  • Tape

Doesn't look like a DEI heating foil!

I buy a lot from Revain and almost never leave a bad review, but this time it makes me sad that I wasted my money thinking that i have saved money It is not the same as the DEI product I replaced it with. It doesn't stretch like DEI and I got eaten by fiberglass. the rest of the day. They should specify that it's fiberglass because I wouldn't buy it.

Pros
  • Thousands of uses, from racing exhaust coatings to motorcycles and heavy equipment
Cons
  • There are shortcomings
