This is a good mask but don't leave it in the car. The adhesive is heat sensitive and will lose adhesion. Then the fabric perimeter of the mask separates.

I only received the mask. Good quality, shape for my face, the mesh is very strong. i have a big head The straps are comfortable, do not slip and have a large adjustment range. In combination with ski or ski goggles, the face is completely covered.

This item is perfect for what I got it for. What a great FU to obfuscate laws. This thing has saved me a ton of fines in places where masks are required. Great at Costco where you must wear a mask. So they let me in. Which proves they really don't care about masks or safety just to make people feel safe.

I bought this to use as a breath cell under my coronavirus face mask. My gym has reopened and I was happy to be back, only to find that most masks are so flexible that the material clogs my nose and mouth if I inhale forcefully. It was suffocating.
