The best feature of this call manager for me personally was that it allowed all my calls to be logged into one place, so I could see where each phone number had been called from or who has made which outgoing/incoming calls with ease! It worked well but there were times when you would have to wait up to 20 minutes before your next scheduled recording started if something went wrong like losing power etc. We used this product primarily as a way to keep track of our customer service interactions…
