Nice watch I paid for a new one it looks like they sent me a broken used item

When I opened the box and unpacked the product I noticed human hair gray hair - disgusting. I then took the watch out of the protective foam and noticed scratches on the back of the case. Eventually I removed the small tab from the watch and found that the watch was defective/not working. I'm pretty sure the battery was dead.
