A lot of time saved. Worked for my Swann NVR system.

Writing a review to give some more technical information. If your NVR uses pins 1, 2, 3, 6, this will work for you. I didn't have to rewire the extra cable, instead I just used the existing wiring and this splitter/combiner provides two channels, both using pins 1, 2, 3, 6.

Pros
  • Maximum transmission distance: HD CVI (720p): 300 m (1080p): 200 m; HD AHD (720p): 200m; HDTVI (720p): 300m (1080p): 200m
Cons
  • Unsure

Stops working after 50 days

Worked for 50 days and then stopped. I tried swapping the connections but still no connection. Finally changed the connection speed from Auto to 10M and the connection worked. Tried 1G and 100M no connection. 10MB is too slow to support the video on this link, so these devices are garbage at the moment. I wouldn't buy them unless you only need 10M speed.

Pros
  • Compatible with HDCVI, AHD and TVI signals; Broadcast signal up to 1080P; Suitable for access points, routers, IP cameras, modems, switches and more
Cons
  • boring packaging

Perfect, works exactly as advertised

They work as advertised but it's not clear they come in pairs because you need one on each end. In other words, here's how it's done: 1) Connect the two RJ45 ends of the first adapter to two Ethernet ports on the router or switch. 2) Connect the Ethernet cable to the first adapter. 3) Plug the remote Ethernet cable into the second adapter. 4) For example, connect two cameras to the ports of the second adapter. You now have two cameras using only one Ethernet line. Works great!

Pros
  • Compatible with any 10/100 switch with or without PoE; also perfect for devices that don't support Power Over Ethernet
Cons
  • Not bad but...
