I bought a size 6-12 month for my 17 lb 6 month old and it fits well with little room to grow. The sleeves are a bit long but roll up easily. She will be able to wear it until the end of the summer season. I bought this and another swimsuit (different brand, similar style) and didn't notice any difference in quality.

They say it's six to twelve months but when you get it it will be more than twelve months. I ordered two hoping the first one was a mistake but no. However, it is cute, the pattern is cute, the fabric feels very good. I just won't be able to use it in the winter when she doesn't need it. Very upset about that. This edit is a year after my original post. My daughter is now 18 months and this swimsuit is still drowning her out.

Very cute costume! It's very soft and has held up well in the washing machine. This summer I will be able to see its true quality with daily use! My only complaint at the moment is that the top is a bit big and the bottoms are a bit small for my little one. She is 3 years and 32 pounds. I bought size 3-4. If you need to use swim diapers, you can increase the size to make the bottom fit better.
