I really like this massage gun. it operates very smoothly, has great battery life and is pretty quiet. feels like a well made product.It stopped working (likely bad battery) after about 6-9 months. I emailed the company last night and they already responded. They asked for video showing that it doesn't work, and then responded that they will send me a new one since i bought it <12 months ago (proven by my amazon receipt screenshot). Very quick and excellent customer service!

This particular brand of device and its accessories are well worth the price. Purchased after trying a friend's and they said they had already had it over a year with no problems. So far it's been awesome, use it everyday. Love that there are many different heads to change to.

I purchased one for my husband for Christmas as he suffers from chronic pain after years of track. This worked so well with its multiple head joints allowing him to target his areas of pain easily. It also has 20 levels of speed which are great to allow less pressure in more sensitive areas or more pressure if needed. I got this on a black Friday sale and it is AWESOME! It's got several speeds and different massage heads. I've only used a few so far because they're kinda intimidating lol. Only downside is it's kinda heavy so my arms get tired after a while when I use it on myself. But I'm so glad I bought this for myself!

Got this because after my wife and I get home from the gym, we are really sore the next day and this has worked miracles. Also helps with cramps, muscle spasms, and long shifts always on your feet. Highly recommend!

Just after two full charges, it is not charging anymore. The red light comes on when connected to power but doesn’t turn on when disconnected, even after charging for the whole night! Right now its on sale, but i bought it for $120! Highly disappointing!

Ive had a few cheaper massage guna and decided to go for this one in black friday. Got it for $70 and am definitely not disappointed. I would pay the retail price for this thing it is high quality and comes with a ton if useful attachments

I originally purchased the massage gun 12/2021 and 12/2022 it no longer turns on. I am updating my review to share that the company read my review, contacted me via email, and sent me another massage gun. This happened very quickly within a week.I’m impressed with their customer service and will try the new massage gun. This obviously does not change the fact that the first massage gun stopped working, but their customer service is respectable.

Not many physical problems in my family. That being said this provides great relief for mild pain and discomfort. Its base setting is good but I wish it went on a lower intensity. So many options with the different nozzles which makes this a very good purchase overall.

This is a great little machine to help massage your body when you can’t go to an actual massage spa. I got it same days. My sister use this on my left side on my back and it really worked in relieving the tension and loosening up my muscles especially underneath the left shoulder blade so glad I invested in this and got it for a great price too. we’ll see how long this lasts.
