Tommee Tippee Closer To Nature: 2-Pack Baby Bottle Nipples With Added Cereal Flow Review

I love the tommee tippee silicone bottles but the nipples are… just eh. The 5 oz bottles came with "1” nipples that are supposedly for newborns but they were too fast for my 3 week old who is exclusively FORMULA fed. He choked on the fast flow and milk pooled around his mouth.So I ordered the nipples that are one step slower….and they’re too slow! He falls asleep on the nipples and struggles to finish even 1 oz.Ugh. So frustrating….

We've been using tommee tippee bottles/nipples since my son was born in 2019. I remembered the slow flow nipples were great for newborns, which is why i decided to use the same brand for my son who was born in July 2022. He took the bottle without any issues, but I noticed that he was spitting/throwing up a lot so I decided to get brand new nipples thinking that the ones from 2019 that I had (extra brand new ones) were bad. It might be just because my babies are preemie and still can’t drink fast but I feel like the hole is still pretty large even for adding the baby rice cereal. Other than that they fit the bottles perfectly and packaging was excellent.

I purchased Tommee Tippee bottles for my newborn in a pack, in that pack we received size 1 nipples and they were too fast of a drip for my newborn. I switched over to size 0 and it was such a huge help with his colic and tummy troubles. These size 0 nipples are a life saver!

First time using this bottle I have a premie so I had to get this 0 size nipple for a slower flow for my daughter she honestly can’t use them because she has a lip tie on her upper lip so her lip doesn’t come out around the nipple properly for her to drink without discomfort but I love these nipples & bottles & when she has her tie clipped I will be buying more for her to use since I couldn’t breast feed her due to the medications I was on after my emergency c section

They worked great and my son took them just fine up until my wife boiled them for 8 hours by accident and now i have to buy more bottles and nipples.so i guess my only con is they cant withstand being boiled for 8 hours. :-/

My daughter needed a slower flow nipple for her bottles that were size 1 so we searched for the size 0 and this worked! These nipples mimic breastfeeding in comparison to most other brands. Are easy to clean and stay clear even after a few washes.
