Very comfortable. Makes you aware of your body, keeps you upright. Seems to help with all my pain. I'm a big fan of copper bangles and this shirt seems to help as well.

This compression shirt doesn't have the compression ratio of other brands. At this point in my recovery this is working well and I will switch to more aggressive shirts from another manufacturer unless Tommy Copper releases a new product. I like the long tail. For my height it could be two centimeters longer.
