The shoes I received were subpar compared to Toms I've bought in the past. There were dirty threads and the heels were very hard. They are true to size but very uncomfortable. I wore them during an 8 day trip to Mexico City. I only wore them once before traveling to make sure they didn't cause blisters. The fit was just right.
