Big Starter Kit

I bought these because the cheap craft pliers set I used before was terrible for chain mail and more complex projects/detailing like this one. They are much better, I feel like I have more control over them and they are much more comfortable to hold. This is a great starter/beginner set if you're looking for something decent at a reasonable price that will last you a while.

Great little handle size

My tool size fits my large handle. My wife's hands are much smaller. She has a hard time with typical grip widths. The handle of this set is significantly smaller than that of store-bought pliers by about a quarter. I was attracted to the smaller size of the handle. She says this is the first set of hand tools made for her. I'm happy. She is happy. Durable industrial quality pliers. Better than advertised.

Set in case, 8 small jewelry pliers/tools with ergonomic cross spring handles, starter kit

later for small jewelry work. This is an entry level "Value Line" set of 8 pliers in a case. I found the ending pretty tough. I would sand down some of them with sandpaper to soften the edges and smooth out the jaws. I really liked the cross springs in the detachable handles. The handles are PVC coated well enough to be quite ergonomic. The seller includes a fabric tape measure and a ring bender. (p.3). I would downgrade a half star for the finish but there are no half stars so my defaultโ€ฆ
