Broke in less than a month

I've only had this item for a month and tried to use it today but the power won't turn on. The return period has now expired. I am not satisfied with this purchase.

Misassembled

The screws on the inside of the barrel that holds the barrel are sticking out and aren't tight to what I got. I have an angled screwdriver, but the screw head is too small. I didn't have to fix a brand new item either...
