Fantastic. I purchased this product after being recommended by Michelle Obama's stylist. We've all seen Mrs. Obama's hair during her 2021 inauguration. Her barber was in high demand and there were so many questions about her tools and products. She said this is one of her favorites. She (the stylist) should be paid because many people flocked to get this product after being approved on Twitter. Now I use it as an iron instead of a chi iron and I love it!

I've used Hot Tools for many years and always thought it was a good brand. I don't know what's going on with this iron. When switched on it did nothing but gave an error message on the display. No heat so I sent it back. I noticed another VERY similar review. Will this broken iron still be shipped?

I rarely write reviews but after the last 30 minutes of torture I just endured this product for the first time time to use, I felt compelled to write one. I'll just list my complaints about this terrible excuse for a rectifier. *The panel sizes suck - I have no idea what hair type would be ideal for this design. It's short and chunky (which is by no means a plus), but if you have thick, medium-length, wavy hair like I do, then this isn't for you. I don't even think anyone with shorter, thinner,

I've had this straightener for a few months now, it's a great straightener. when it can stay. It shuts off about every 1/2 minute or so, making it a complete hassle to use. I've tried keeping it on every way I can and it still keeps turning off. In this price range, such a problem is unacceptable, I think it's better to buy one at the pharmacy.
