Difficult to use. Watch your knuckles and fingers

Oh, this is terrible. Too bad I sent it back instead of just throwing it in a drawer. It is difficult to maneuver, you have to constantly remove the peeling after each movement, otherwise with the next hit it will break the peeling. I can tell you how many times it's been clenched fingers trying to run it over a vegetable. whether it's a regular scrub or "julienne" I really don't like this product or recommend it at all.

Effortless Julienne

I was looking for a manual vegetable peeler that could be used as a julienner so I wouldn't have to pull out a large mandolin and peel it every time I wanted to cut veggies into thin strips. . I found this little gadget at Revain and it's very handy. You can adjust the thickness of the slices and the inner blade cartridge is flexible enough for easy cleaning. I will definitely keep this julienne/cleaner, especially for garnish.

Effortless Julienne

I was looking for a manual peeler that doubles as a julienne cutter Serves I didn't have to take out and clean a large mandolin every time I wanted to thinly slice veggies. I found this little gadget at Revain and it's very handy. You can adjust the thickness of the slices and the inner blade cartridge is flexible enough for easy cleaning. I will definitely keep this julienne/cleaner, especially for garnish.

Before criticizing the quality, take a few minutes to learn how to use this.

When my wife needs help in the kitchen, I often lend my knife skills. I hate julienning carrots for a whole bag. This little device is nice, but I wish they would ditch the peeler and "eye" and just make it a julienner with a preset blade thickness and width. The additives will cause this thing to get dirty and need cleaning before going back to work. It still gets 5 stars because I can eat a whole bag of carrots in a few minutes and I don't get tired of precise knife work for 3 hours.

This peeler cuts my veggies like nothing!

My mother in law was looking at our local mall for a vegetable peeler very similar to this one but twice the price. Luckily she didn't buy it because I immediately went online and found it. I am impressed with the quality and how comfortable this knife is to use. I really like that this is a 2 in 1 peeler. One side is a julienne blade and the other is a traditional vegetable peeler.
