This is an all purpose 2 in 1 dog coat for + years of frequent use. If you carefully separate the velcro, you can probably use it for 3-4 years. What I love about this updated version of the jacket is the reflective stripes. The only thing that could be improved here is an eyelet on the upper back for attaching a leash - then you don't need a harness. This product is versatile, useful, dog-friendly and easy to put on and take off.
