The updated/redesigned model works great!

A few months ago I bought the previous model and when I put my phone in it for the first time I noticed that the support pins on the bottom didn't extend out far enough and didn't hold my phone securely Samsung Note 8 while the phone was in Case Incipio. TopGo was very grateful for the feedback, updated the design and notified me when it was available. Updated model in my car and I love it! Excellent customer service; good product; good company!

This phone holder is for my Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge. Although the phone holder is very well made, the most important factor to consider is the type of cup holder configuration on your car or truck. My car, a 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL sedan, has a "moving" divider in a cup holder configuration. Essentially, Buick's "moving" separator was designed so that it could be pulled back or forward to accommodate a larger cup or thermos. Good Buick design, but the "movable" separator cannot be disassembled…

Great product but covers the Samsung phone microphone

I like the cup holder. It fits easily in a cup holder and is easy to install. However, inserting part of the phone holder into the holder's grip was a bit more difficult. I couldn't get it to snap into place and found that one of the clips on the back of the phone holder was bent and not locking anything into place. I was able to bend it back to its original shape but I was afraid it would snap since it's plastic. In the end, after several attempts, I managed to put the two pieces together and…

Holds phone in case with stand

I bought this Topgo cup holder style phone holder for my husband after trying another one that didn't fit his phone. My husband has a Samsung J7V (sm-J737V). The phone has a casemate case with a kickstand that sticks out a bit, making the phone look thick overall.
