TOPGREENER’s smart Wi-Fi devices are very advanced, so a NEUTRAL WIRE and a secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network connection ARE REQUIRED. Customize and save scenes or schedules to dim and control lights automatically; create an “away” scene to randomize light schedules for added security while on vacation; modify scenes to achieve the mood you want using the TOPGREENER app (available from the app store, iOS and Android compatible); TOPGREENER app runs on the secure servers of AWS (Amazon Web Services). Compatible with dimmable LED, self-ballasted bulbs, incandescent, and halogen bulbs. DO NOT use CFL bulbs. Repair existing cables for these devices. MUST MAKE YOU

Previous 4☆. The only reason it's 4 is because it's regular three-way wiring in the directions it tells you. As an electrician I can say that this is not the case. On rare occasions I run neutral on both sides. If there are multiple switches on the other side, there may be a neutral wire. If it is, then you need to make sure it's on the same circuit, otherwise it won't work. In any event, mine obviously didn't have a neutral wire on either side because that's how I wired it, because probably 99

Not great incandescent compatibility

I can't give this product the brilliant rating I would like because I have comparison problems. First let me be clear that this review is for a 2 pack of Topgreener Wifi Dimmer Switch as it seems like reviews of many Topgreener products are being thrown into the same bucket. The problem I ran into was that the dimmer didn't dim the light. It was either on or off. Lights and fixtures were previously processed and dimmed with a Lucron dimmer. Good, but not quite perfect

I've been waiting to buy this WiFi scene controller since it was announced at CES 2019. When I found out it was available to order in January 2020, I quickly ordered two complete Smart setup switches at my house. I have experience with older Lutron RadioRA switches and dimmers and their 5 button step control. I was hoping for a similar experience. Overall this 8 button scene controller is very handy and is currently the only WiFi scene controller on the market so I'm glad it's available…
