Great platform at affordable price point

It was easy to customize the template and the emails we sent looked great. Nothing, there were no downsides to TopicaPlus. I wish the reports were more robust. You could only export a limited amount of data. TopicaPlus was perfect to use for our small business. No one had to be on the phone which was a HUGE win. And we could do it ourselves! The customer service was great as well. We can have emails sent to us based on how people search the site. I like that it is easy for me as an…
