Description of TOPINCN Portable Machine Welding Equipment

Using automatic touch welding mode, while retaining the manual trigger interface, you can choose according to your own use. With LCD display screen, can display welding parameters. The controller is mainly for welding nickelplated steel strips from 0.1mm to 0.15mm. The controller is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, and the output pulse is accurate to ensure the welding quality. The welding pen and the input line are connected by Ushaped coldpressed terminals, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement. Wide selection of welding power supply: lithium battery power supply or 12V car battery.

MOSFET blown at FIRST welding (5ms/Auto)

A suitable power pack (3S Lipo Pack) was used. Set device to AUTO, 5ms. I touched the electrodes on my tin battery strip, the device beeped, applied power and immediately one of the mosfets flew out of the device releasing magical smoke in the process! I was very disappointed because I saw a demo of this machine on YouTube and fully expected that I could at least get a few welds at low power. What a trick!
