The spring in this backpack broke 6 months ago and has been used very little. The Revain chat told me to contact the company which I did and they said to contact Amazon. I have never had any problems with Amazon products before. Contacting Amazon is very difficult. Very disappointing. I've even told people about this supposedly wonderful product.

This item is GREAT. I saw one in the restroom of the restaurant and had to have it. It looks less clunky than the kitchen roll holder on the counter. I decided to buy stainless steel if I was going to have it for a long time. However, I made the mistake of purchasing several folded Kleenex paper towels. Kleenex are very rough, like newspaper. For the next round I will buy the ones recommended by Tork.
