Received yesterday and very happy so far. Very nice microwave. I like the handle to open the door much better than pushing the button to open it. The light inside is brighter than the light in the Panasonic I returned. The 1200 watt heater is better than the 1250 watt Panasonic. The touchpads are a bit small. Someone with thumbs might have trouble pressing the right button. Replace the dead Sharp. I hope Toshiba lasts a long time.

Ordered a Toshiba microwave when our 5 year old LG stopped heating food and was only heating plates. It was supposed to be delivered on September 16th but arrived on the 10th. Setup was easy, but trying to register for the warranty was difficult as the serial number wasn't listed on the device. I went to the Toshiba website and started an online chat asking for a customer service representative and they registered the warranty for me. We look forward to many years of service from him.

Very fast heat up time. It's very big, I think a small turkey could fit in there. I love the keep warm option which comes in handy when I'm getting a few things done. What used to take 5 minutes now takes just under 4. I've had to adjust my time for things. During testing, I had cooked or burned something. The touch warmer is perfect for my daughter who comes in late at night and has leftovers. The defrost is amazing! Goes great without cooking. Overall I am very happy with this microwave!
