I like the ease of use. The platform is user friendly and there are many useful features. The platform is easy to navigate and the search function is very effective. I like that you can search for jobs, companies, applicants all from one place! It's also helpful to be able to filter down your searches by certain criteria or job type (i'm looking at YOU Recruitment!). Sometimes it seems as though there are too many results in each category - but this may just have been my personal experience? It's easy to use, it has good job descriptions for all kinds of jobs (even if they are not in your country). You can create multiple pages with different filters so you don't have too many options when searching through people who fit what requirements that apply most to them. I like that it's very easy to use, has great customer service when you need help with your profile or job search! It also allows me access from anywhere in my house which makes life easier for those days where work keeps us away late at night/early morning hours (which are often).
