The only downside is that it can be a bit stiff at first, but after a few uses, the leather softens up nicely. Overall, a great investment for any sports and outdoors enthusiast.

I love this item! My horse responds amazingly to it, works right out of the box, no adjustments needed except for a slight resizing to fit my horse. Definitely recommend :)

Received as a gift. There was no concho on the forehead in the kit. The buckles on the inside stick out quite a bit and hit my horse's cheeks, requiring me to replace or break them. Otherwise it is a very good headdress. Just make sure you know how to knit your own mecate! It does not tie securely upon arrival, allowing for adjustment.
