So I read it's big, but let's put it into perspective. This is what you get for sizing the pony harness for a horse or horse for a draft horse. At first I thought it would be a good idea to temporarily attach my blanks to the saddle as unfortunately two of them are broken. That wasn't my answer. I wish you success. Great quality but huge.

Love love love this! I don't need to buy a girth for each of my 5 horses so the 2 girths I already have fit everyone! You have invested so much money!

Instead of a new girth I bought an extended girth which works as it should; However, the buckle is under the pad and close to my mare's body, so I wrapped it in a thick sock to keep it from rubbing against her.

Well that's weird - I just received a package and they sent the product in a completely different color. Leather of different colors and straps of different colors. One of the leather straps was sewn on crookedly. And the other has a blemish/burn where it looks like something has melted the "seal" or trimmed the skin. :( So tired of the poor quality of even such simple things.

I have a Fairfax belt and although it is really excellent it is very expensive. When I switched to a saddle with short straps, I needed strap extenders to continue using my strap and they were the only ones long enough to get the job done. Saved me from buying another expensive strap. I wish there were retainers for the buckles so the blanks don't come loose when the saddle is shipped, but I can just make sure they're secure while I adjust the circumference so it's not a deal breaker.
