Not durable, not waterproof

Very cute and overall good fit but only lasted a few weeks of use. It doesn't seem to be very waterproof as my horse often gets wet in the rain in this rug. The front of the quilt has a gap between the two sides unless the buckles are on the smallest/narrowest holes, which is a bit annoying but not the end of the world. Basically, I'm disappointed that it has a crack after only a few weeks of use. Some of my horses have had the same sheets/quilts for years with no problems. And of course that…

I have to be honest. I wasn't overly impressed at first, it was just "good" in quality. Today I give it 5 stars and here's why! I live in Northern California and we've had a lot of cold rainy weather lately (it snowed yesterday) and I bought this small waterproof sheet for those days when the temperature was above 42C. NOT WATERPROOF!

I bought this for forecasting 4 rainy days in a row with rates between 39-41. My mini donkey was wet before I pulled the sheet over it so I tried it out with some towels and put a layer of hay on his back to dry under the sheet. The next morning he got wet! I dried him again, this time placing a piece of wool under his blanket to wick away moisture until he was dry to the touch.
