I bought it in size L and it fits perfectly. Most hats are so tight I don't even want to wear them! The fact that it's waterproof is even better! Really good buy.

The hat was the style I wanted. I liked that. What I didn't like1: The hat smelled so strongly of chemicals that I could smell it two rooms away. I washed it twice in the washing machine before I dared to wear it. The smell is almost completely gone. 2 The hat is a bit big.

I have a small head (21-1/2") and I was hoping to find a rain cap for the car because I find it made the umbrella inefficient and cumbersome for getting in and out of vehicles quickly.It looked like a flatter crown that would compensate for the girth.Unfortunately the crown is standard and the hat sits so low I can barely see.When I wear the Tilt umbrella hat back so i can see better i have to roll the brim up so i dont rub my neck, i only kept it because i use it so seldom and it keeps my head
