I ordered 4 and received 4 but one was different and didn't fit my wheels. I was fortunate that I really only needed one so the fact that one item was wrong didn't cause much of a problem.

Generally these work. 3 of them had the correct codes to put into Techstream, the 4th had a short digit in the code so I couldn't program it. I took new tires to the tire shop and they reprogrammed them all.
