Given the rated power of 150 watts, I wasn't impressed with the brightness. In addition, the quality of the stitching and the fire rating did not match the lower wattage bulbs sold under the Walmart brand. However, they offer good value for money. Their lack of brightness is more likely to be related to their emitting yellow light rather than white. I prefer the latter.

I have installed these bulbs in ADJ PAR-38BL lights and use them for video lighting when I need a narrower beam than flat video panels. The color temperature is fixed at 3000K with a color rendering index of 90. Just plug in and get started. I have multicolored DMX stage lights but don't want to lug them around when all I need is a nice shade of white. They are heavier, more expensive and more difficult to produce a durable white color with a good color rendering index.

Finding a high brightness, low color temperature (non-FLOOD) LED spotlight is not easy these days! I spent an hour or two browsing Revain, Walmart, Home Depot and ended up buying a few of these. I wish the color temperature was a bit more in the low temp yellow range but they work great in our kitchen ceiling lights.
